Hi, I’m Andrew and as an integrative therapist, I offer accessible, personalised therapeutic counselling - either in my Birmingham practice space, or online from the comfort of your own home.

My therapeutic approach

I find many clients come into therapy describing themselves as feeling ‘stuck’. Low in mood, motivation, or clarity, these moments in life can feel deeply isolating, especially when you lack someone to confide in, who truly understands and who is experienced in offering clarity and insight.

If you are questioning your direction, struggling in an important relationship, or quietly battling a sense that something isn’t right, then therapeutic counselling may be the right next step. My approach is grounded, empathetic, and practical. I’ll help you tune into that quiet inner voice—the one that's often drowned out by doubt or overwhelm—and work with you to strengthen it. Whether you're facing personal crossroads or dealing with the emotional toll of work or relationship stress, as an integrative therapist, my role is to walk with you, challenge when needed, and help you reconnect with your confidence and sense of self.

Therapy isn’t just about resolving problems—it’s about rediscovering your power, potential and inner peace.

Let’s talk about how we can get you there.

Providing you with a safe, confidential space to talk.

Our sessions can either take in-person in my practice room in Birmingham or online. With over 6,000 hours of clinical experience, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals from all walks of life, across the broadest range of mental health challenges and life issues.

Whilst I am happy to welcome all into my therapy space, I have a special interest in the unique challenges experienced by those young people, individuals either pre-diagnosed or diagnosed Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), those in narcissism recovery, men’s issues and relationship difficulties.

How I work as a therapist

I use an integrative approach to counselling, and practice from a person centred perspective. I am empathic, genuine and will be accepting and without judgement. I encompass elements of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) if I feel that it would be beneficial to our work.

I'm an open and compassionate person in life, and this is reflected in my work. I’m described as a warm and relaxed therapist, and will at times bring humour to a session to space for nervous energy and heaviness to be released.
